Really speaking nothing. Opting to work for BDG POlysteel has been a wrong career move. I have quit the company in January 2020. There is a major problem with the management/owners. They sacked the whole marketing team during the pandemic between March'20 - April'20 & hived off the business,

Dislikes

Well there is a logical problem with the owners/promoters of the business. They don't know the direction they want to go ahead with & neither are they ready to listen to the professionals they hire. Flipping between ideas is a constant process & things never get done. No operational autonomy for the professionals hired. Since I joined in Aug'19 I have been constantly asked to reduce manpower that too in the very 1st month when I am still understanding the people....Read More
