It is a good company and it has good culture. Its management is also good. We can achieve more knowledge of all department. Here good suport for junior officer.

No , Here some dislike rule like they will not give you many thinks like safety shoes, I'd card, salary slip, etc.

Work Details

I am feeling good here and job is also safe but i think that after 4 year we need to change our job then we improve in knowledge.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
