Likes

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good bonus every "Dipavali".

Salary - Good
Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is Decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of which cannot resign. On the job period is not given to new joiners.

Good and multiple hats that helped me get a taste of defferent roles within the same team.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
