Over Glorified jobs and people, 90% people don't have ground level basic experience for the industries where they claim to be experts in. Mostly they are cut copy paste experts for showing fantastic results on slides to clients . There's no culture no responsibility towards employees, it's just a matter of using them as disposable talent as long as it suits organisations interests.

So, you have to handle 8 people' s work. (Calendar, travel, expense). These are your Stake holders, they will never be satisfied and at the time of feedback they will recall one mistake and write that on your feedback. Since, it's a remote work no one will bother to appreciate you. 2. U can't just apply for leave you have to arrange backup. Take leave approval from manager, approach colleagues request them. 3.
