You will work with latest tools and technologies. You will get to work on amazing products that will challenge you and will help you grow. You will enjoy their parties and offsite and it is a culture you won't find anywhere.

Career progression is very difficult and there is no transparency. HR department is the worst and almost everyone is not helpful in any scenarios.

Working with BCG is an exceptional experience; we get to meet and collaborate with colleagues from various spectrums, overall creating a very healthy and positive working environment. You are given loads of opportunities to hone your skillsets and work on needs improvement pointers.

Not so competitive salary structure. Appraisals are generic to entire team and not to your individual performance. Equal opportunities for growth is limited to only experienced members of the team.

So, you have to handle 8 people' s work. (Calendar, travel, expense). These are your Stake holders, they will never be satisfied and at the time of feedback they will recall one mistake and write that on your feedback. Since, it's a remote work no one will bother to appreciate you. 2. U can't just apply for leave you have to arrange backup. Take leave approval from manager, approach colleagues request them. 3. No one knows people who are getting promotion why they are getting it. So equality doesn't work here.
