3 months they have given sabbatical leave, on 3rd month they asked to put down your paper,that too with no compassion

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I don't like BCD travel

Management shows lots of partiality... BCD travel is good place to work but management people are spoiling the environment... There is no job security in BCD travel because they just removed some many of employees... Due to this management people I dropped my papers... I was staying without salary for 3 months... There is no support from the company infact they have terminated the staff in this situation where there are lot of employees who were need of job and have worst financial situation about which many of the higher were already aware
