It's completely filled with Malayalam and Tamil people. They try to dominate, no appraisal, no job secure. At the time of covid they fired about 500 employees. Worst company ever.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
