more and more politics in all. sometime leads not much supportive. and nowadays more and more preference to ladies. if we work and if we showcase ourselves but we don't deserve star of the quarter or any other if the other person hold buget he will be eligible, making committee is good way but some of the person think they are something so should stop.

I would like to express my concern in this platform, earlier i discussed with HR and my manager unfortunately haven't seen any progress. I rejoined the company after with the same salary and position as before the pandemic, i understood the company's circumstances and i worked without allowances and SPP, with the hope that things would improve as the market recovered. However market conditions have gotten better, my salary and position did not change much. Despite my continued dedication and contributions i have made over 6.5 years, i have seen modest increased in my compensation from 2.5 lacks to 5 lacks. I appreciate the opportunity to rejoin the company and continue contributing, but I believe it's essential to align my salary and position with both the market standards and my professional growth. i ve expressed this concern before, but i feel the issue remains unresolved. It's been 2 years since I started working at BCD travel as customer service representative and for now, I have very good experience .There are many opportunities here to learn which is helping to build a career in travel industry.

Dislikes

Even after completing 2 years in BCD, I don't feel much increase in my salary. Compared with the other colleagues the appraisal is giving almost the same to everyone and does not match with the hard work that I do.

Zero work pressure company prioritises work life balance , our team leads and managers are incredibly supportive and approachable and company organises regular team outings.

Dislikes

Unfortunately the food service has been consistently disappointing ,despite numerous complaints the quality remains poor and sometimes even leads to health issues the management hasn’t taken action , the lack of response from management is very disappointing , especially considering the impact of employee well being.

comparing other companies BCD has been a wonderful experience because there is no work pressure like other companies. Salary is a little less but other than salary peace of mind is more important to balance personal and professional life, and I feel I got a whole lot of peace in this company.
