Company hired new employees and after a long time disclosed that they are actually hiring consultants. in the recruitment process it was not mentioned that the job will involve targets , but it is totally target oriented job. Also , there are salary differences , ie, every employee is hired at a different salary , although the nature of work is totally same. It totally depends on how much you negotiate on salary, there is no proper system for that. Also work environment is very informal and there's very low discipline....Read More
