Everything is looked by so called SME's. They are another kind of creepy guys. 2. There is one "strategic" hiring tactic I have observed in the shared service centre in Bangluru. Hire a person with low or no knowledge with the subject and concur them. 3. After Monsanto was taken over by Bayer, lot of old employees left due to no or low respect to their knowledge. 4.
