I'm working in bayer for 7 months and i'm happy with all things but one thing hit me that is in bayer no opportunities to become company employee. If you are contractors worker then you always be contractor's worker.

1. The management of Record to Report function in accounting is worst of its kind. No technical knowledge or no basic understanding about the work. Managers pretend as they work. Everything is looked by so called SME's. They are another kind of creepy guys. 2. There is one "strategic" hiring tactic I have observed in the shared service centre in Bangluru. Hire a person with low or no knowledge with the subject and concur them. 3. After Monsanto was taken over by Bayer, lot of old employees left due to no or low respect to their knowledge. 4. Accounting is split like anything as tiny so called processes where you can't learn anything. If you really want to learn accounting look somewhere else.
