Whatever work I have done in Bayer Crop Science till date, I have learnt something from it. There is a lot to learn here and I will get to learn a lot more in the future as well.

Sometimes things are not right at Bayer Crop Science, which happens in many places, if your senior tells you to do something as per the proper rules and regulations, then it is right, work is not work and then it becomes a fun, similarly if your senior tells you to do some useless work which is not right as per the company standards then it becomes very difficult to work.
