Atleast salary comes in time that is the only system functioning good, previously when good leaders where running the company it was a true MNC company i.e before 2014. I have worked 16 years in Baxter, I feel pity on the new leaders and what they have done to Baxter India.

Every thing is P&L, there is nothing called employees, ethics , skill, promotion, culture ......now a days managers don't know even they do ACE checkins .....

1) Hire and Fire mode company 2) No job security 3) 90% of projects are legacy, support, and bug-fixing applications. 4) You may be a new joiner for Baxter. However within 2 months not able to impress the onsite reporting person. The manager and HR will initiate the PIP program. 5) HR and managers do not listen to your word. I have the power I can do whatever I want attitude people 6) The offer letter mentioned a 3-month notice period. But they cancel anytime. 5 day week and 8 hour of working in india in Ahemdabad Manufacturing Unit which is great no other pharma company is giving this work balance. Company culture is best Initially they will give good hike after that there is 6-8% increment
