Office politics. The guy TK(AVP) think he is god he is given full authority by founder. He won't say anything to QA , will allow WFH , because of groupism You will have to do development and QA both because of above points. Don't join if you are not desperate

1. No work-life balance: The company initially promised a 5 days workweek, but in reality, they expect you to work 7 days — 6 days from the office and on Sundays from home. 2. Highly political management: The managers and management are extremely manipulative, to the point that they could outdo politicians. They want only “smart” people who will come to work even after providing medical reports and documentation. If someone can't comply, they start targeting that person, placing them on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) to pressure them. If someone asks for work-from-home due to medical issues, they refuse, saying there's no policy for that, except for pregnant women.
