Nothing to like in this company. Maybe the company may have good work culture outside India.But here it sucks big time.

I am really disappointed with the work culture. Only the Store Managers falls under company payroll and the other store associates falls under third party payroll and due to this,if there is any cash or stock shortage, the Store Manager becomes liable for everything. The store Manager has to pay from his pocket all the shortages,orelse FIR will be raised from the company. Be careful, I have seen many SM suffering due to someone else's mistake . Full of politics, people won't let u work, there is a race for taking credit of something which one has not done....Top hierarchy replete with septagenerians, who are destroying this good organization, culture is pathetic, regionalism and Castecism also quite palpable....

No internal organisation herirarchy structure in store level.Worst people management company. For newcomers they will not hike any amount from previous employers and they just show our variable highlighted in offer letter and they make people like so high eye opener. Operations support people's like HR and other relevant departmentcomplete deaf and dumb. No rewards and recognition.Strict 12+hours job. No safety and security policy sop in company. On audit, if shortages are found they will debit from us with tax in full MRP. But while releasing some surplus after deduction of tax and margin. Worst management ever seen . The management employees are cheater they recruited freshers from college and handover some stores to them then while leave they will ask the freshers to pay shortage amount which is not mentioned in any documents. And they specially recruiting people who don't know about retail and blaming them for the stock shortage and I paid around 50 k for shortage and they holded my salary for 2 months . Minimum 12 hour shift, No increment as per inflation or performance, every time same thoery that company didn't do bla blah ... Shortage scam ,every new manager ll get shortage in audit, and manager ll bear 100% , No annual function No appreciation No award ceremony Poor quality product, customer fight directly with staff, No planning of work , No system, you ll not know what to do in next 15 minutes, Area manager do not ask how to increase sale, what iniate can be done, they ll visit store just to demotivate you, to warn you, to find dust, to make your mouth shut if you ask your any deserve. They have given me loss of 3 lakh rs almost and they even bother this.
