Company culture is good.. But salary increamnet process are very slow.. And merchandiser team support are not good

Job security is not good.. Whenever they want they change our location they not give any notification of any lettebefore changing the location.and salary increamnet process are very slow

My work is challenging, to manage all staff..mechandise Reqirement customer service. Customer handling..some time we got regrouping so sending the stock I'm different stores it will very difficult to manage

Nothing to like in this company. Maybe the company may have good work culture outside India.But here it sucks big time.

I am really disappointed with the work culture. Only the Store Managers falls under company payroll and the other store associates falls under third party payroll and due to this,if there is any cash or stock shortage, the Store Manager becomes liable for everything. The store Manager has to pay from his pocket all the shortages,orelse FIR will be raised from the company. Be careful, I have seen many SM suffering due to someone else's mistake . The company may seem like an MNC but in real life it's worse than a local Kirana shop....Read More

Worst management ever seen . The management employees are cheater they recruited freshers from college and handover some stores to them then while leave they will ask the freshers to pay shortage amount which is not mentioned in any documents. And they specially recruiting people who don't know about retail and blaming them for the stock shortage and I paid around 50 k for shortage and they holded my salary for 2 months . Yah ek bahut ghatiya company hai kyonki Maine may 24 me join Kiya tha aur maine 6month Kam kiya jisme salary time se nhi hoti hai aur puri salary kabhi nhi aati har mahine kat kar aati hai

Bahut kharab working hai kyonki inki koi sop nhi hi aur audit manager paise lekar audit karte hai aur ye company ghatiya hai Aur faltu ka diduction hota hi aur hr policy bhi ghatiya hai fnf 3month me nhi ho pata hai

Minimum 12 hour shift, No increment as per inflation or performance, every time same thoery that company didn't do bla blah ... Shortage scam ,every new manager ll get shortage in audit, and manager ll bear 100% , No annual function No appreciation No award ceremony Poor quality product, customer fight directly with staff, No planning of work , No system, you ll not know what to do in next 15 minutes, Area manager do not ask how to increase sale, what iniate can be done, they ll visit store just to demotivate you, to warn you, to find dust, to make your mouth shut if you ask your any deserve. They have given me loss of 3 lakh rs almost and they even bother this. Hr department is completely dead, No mail reply, No message reply, No phone call reply, Worst experience in 3 years....Read More
