They support us by providing Face Mask, Face shield (2per store only), Santizer (very restricted),......this is it....

i will say it looks cool from outside bt inside working conditions are very bad than daily wage labour......

I worked 12 years in Bata and I liked it. Management is very good. There was tanning time to time which I used to learn lot.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, I have to work 14 hours straight Saturday and Sunday and no convenes late night.

My work is challenging, to manage all staff..mechandise Reqirement customer service. Customer handling..some time we got regrouping so sending the stock I'm different stores it will very difficult to manage
