Teammates are nice but bosses want to get their work done by hook or even crook. If you have got selected in this company directly from your college campus drive, the training you will get is amazing wherein you get to know working of each and every department and vertical. Job security in the company is very high as they keep moving you to mobile places you don't perform but never kick you out of the organization. Career growth is there but mostly driven by politics and deserving candidate never gets promoted so easy in the company Salary structure on paper and off papers both looks very bad as according to the profiles they have and as compared to the industry standard, which becomes a drawback for oneself to get better compensation in the appraisal and also after switching to other brand as well. Bosses are really bad they need to change their orthodox working. Work culture is too bad they get abusive with people without thinking twice nobody wants to accept new things and thus making company a very technically challenged one. You never get credited for outstanding work that you do but definitely criticized for ages for anything wrong done by mistake.
