I am really disappointed with the work culture. Only the Store Managers falls under company payroll and the other store associates falls under third party payroll and due to this,if there is any cash or stock shortage, the Store Manager becomes liable for everything. The store Manager has to pay from his pocket all the shortages,orelse FIR will be raised from the company. Be careful, I have seen many SM suffering due to someone else's mistake .
