Nothing very toxic place not recommend at all. Squeezing employees and not giving credits. Hectic working hours, racist behavior unless you are a tamilian. No h Job security they have fired employees without any valid reasons

Dislikes

Management is worse hr is the puppet of management team and the owner. You can get fired without any reason any time.

Basics has very work-friendly culture and it is open to new ideas and innovation. The company has certain norms and systems that it follows which keeps things organized. That is what I like the most.
