Basf company is good. In this give importance to safety. It is Paint company. Im work in Electro-Coating QC department (NEEM Trainee). It's a good for learning and experience.

BASF company is Good. there iam NEEM Trainee for 2 years. There my 1 year is completed. And there iam not permanent employee. So Before complete my 1 year i finding a another job

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
