No job security, any time one can be thrown out, less pay, lots of politics, senior coordinators are very rude, they don't value their team mates, no appreciation for work, one can be unnecessarily blamed, no respect for team mates, not good place to work if one needs work satisfaction

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
