Good learning, get to learn latest techs. Good visibility of work to management. Ample number of opportunities to learn and grow. They provide time to time training which helps in your work. Good managers, less politics.

Dislikes

HR policies are pathetic, very lazy. No team outings and team parties. 9 hour policy feels like factory culture. Pay outs are also on lower side. High management is kind of bureaucracy like they make office boys to serve their lunch, take off their utensils after lunch, cmon is this a factory?
