IBM OFFER RENEGOTIATION
How much can IBM offer for 5.5 yoe.
Senior Data Engineer - 7A band.
They have offered me 20 Ipa as my first offer with doj as 7th March.
But I am getting early release from current company on 10th February 2025.
Also I have offer of 24 fixed from another organisation.
Just wanted to know will IBM match the offer and give joining bonus as I am joining them early 30 days.
