I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I was impressed with the high-quality service provided by PRA Group. The team went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met promptly and efficiently. One more thing is that Clear and transparent communication is a hallmark of PRA. I was kept informed throughout the process, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly.

Dislikes

I would like to say some time salary comes late , just takes 5 to 7 days extra Actually it happens for a while not noticeable but I added this because of lower position profile like driver, helper and some other, they must need his salary on time because their salary income is equal to his expenditure. Overall great opportunity to work here.
