I left the company before lockdown, but as per my knowledge the employees did not get their salaries during lockdown

Hectic work and zero work life balance, we will get week off at sunday just for sake but we will have to work even then.

We will have to forget about the personal life but we can learn how to take that hectic pressure, there are certain times where we go home at late nights 1-2

The organisation didn’t do anything for their employees during this pandemic. The management kept saying that the salary will be paid but they are still pending. The employees who are working 12 hours in the organisation to lift it up are getting the amount of 3-4 thousand. When the lockdown started, there were no payouts and it wasquite acceptable but when things started falling in place, the organisation started showing its cruelty. During lockdown they never asked their employees that how they are surviving but as soon they get guidlines to open their restaurant they started calling their employees to come and work. When we asked for at least half of the payouts so that we can make our tickets to get back to work and survive in the city, the organisation suddenly stopped talking and told us the salary will be only paid when you will report. How could be an organisation so financially week. This organisation only want work and if they get an option of not paying their employees they will opt it. The worst people in this organisation belongs to HR dept. They will stop taking your calls when you will be in any trouble. A company runs with a good vision and good culture. This organisation lacks both. It was a terrible experience working here and my thoughts for this organisation went deeper during this pandemic. They just left their employees like hell....Read More

The organisation is running on old values. They consider themselves as “best place to work” but in reality its a scam. The lower level employees are kept outside of managerial activities. Decisions are taken without thinking about the circumstances of lower level employees who are the functional unit of the organisation. They say innovation as their core value but there is no room for innovation. The parameters and protocols has been set long back and being followed. Worst! Even being in corporates and having the 8 working hours, my assistant manager did not allowed me to leave until 8-9 PM. And this was not like a day in a week or two but everyday.

But the company is not even paying the salary time to the employee, whenever someone takes leave, he is giving direct salary hold and there is no value of core value anymore.. like the employee is not focused anymore, and also the Bonus.. it is not given,,, that is wrong rules bcz of bbqn is big company and brand company name of know,,, thank you.

To much pressure. You have to work for 15 hrs and staff will keep running away bcs if low salary but management will blame you for everything. Plus they have budget to present on job portal but when it's time offer suddenly company doesn't have budget.

They look after every employee and the best thing in Barbeque Nation is an employee of the month and monthly appreciation and party, they also provide free meals for Lunch and Dinner.

Salary does not beat inflation, They never give placement in the same state or city you are living in. Always give placement outside your hometown.
