Duty timing very very very long morning 10 am to night 1am and only 5pm to 6pm is break but not properly usi time per daily meeting bhi hoti hai iss liye koi break nhi milta...... Duty timing very bad for all staff outlet level 😕😕😕😕

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
