its good organisation in terms of employee benefits and has IT culture but experience sales professional please do not waste your time here they do not have no plan for new joining, no training, no support no nothing. so working here is wastage of time and management is like whimsical they will change policy every now and then.

biggest problem is of here is insecurity of senior mangement like technical head, sales head, technical people will not tell you right solution and you will be selling wrong solution and never ever sales person will get ORDER.

This review for those who are thinking of joining this company. 1. Do not trust their Linkedin profile because marketing team are active and they know people will be attracted from their profile. 2. All positive review on glassdoor and ambition box are paid and negative reviews are real ex employees experience. 3. Micro management and no job security and managers are expired in skill set. 4. Engineering head is a monster and all managers are but*erers. 5. Recently they have given employment recognition and posted on LinkedIn but I say it's not a employee recognition and it's employee buttering recognition. Zero job security, Daily we are feeling that today is our last day in the office. Manager have zero knowledge about the product we are working, No any type of documentation. Scope of project is not defined, they just want a developer should make tea coffee for him. Also, this is basically 6 month working company, You will be fired after that.
