Scope of project is not defined, they just want a developer should make tea coffee for him. Also, this is basically 6 month working company, You will be fired after that.

Huge learning opportunity for the domain as they are kind of leading with little edge. Some managers and guys are kind and good on multiple parameters including knowledge as well as personal.

No work life balance, few guys are very senior in this company so act like they own the company and ruins it's environment,

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
