They want 5-6years experience but ain’t ready to pay. They were like we are a new growing company so we can’t give you 30% on your present salary. It’s cheating negotiation.

I joined Bankedge in February it has been 11 months now but the learning & growth I am getting here is the best knowledge at Bankedge work Culture is also really great here, the team is really helpful.

They make you work like a slave and suddenly they removed you though giving results giving different kind of excuses. Major part is they don't pay your hard earned salary 😭

Nothing I liked to work here. Terrible workplace to work. No HR culture no proper role clarity n reporting system. Completely unorganised . They ate my full and final settlement money.

If I have any rating less than zero I could have given that to this company.. high attrition rate still do not work on their shortcomings. Non ethical work culture. Superiors use abusive language to their subordinates. Horrible work place. Worked for only 2 months but it felt like hell I am stucked in. Qualified ppl should not wastetheir time with this company. Unnecessary pressure they give. 10 people takes ur reporting. They do not have internal coordination. They keep manager zonal manager but no reporting system. 10 ppl keep msging n calling u n threatening you from the very first day to fire u.
