For freshers Salary is okay comparing to other company

This is hell working in this company so toxic environment they won't respect your feelings they won't respect your privacy they won't give any emergency leaves and the team leaders are so friendly but the HR department is worst management is worst the HR department they think the world is revolving around them. When i was a fresher I joined here .I felt will only 6months here but fortunately I crossed 2years on this company on of the wonderfully company after I joined other company and regret why I relived there .it's not looking company while working it's looking like you r in college days .I love bankbazaar.and team leaders love u guys .it's all I'm saying is chennai branch .
