its a great opportunity to work with BOA ,my total experience is awesome and i would not leave this company if i get a chance and serves my level best to deserve my place in this.

no dislikes and requesting to permanent contractual employees as they know project better and would serve better

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Career advise for early years

Hi folks!! Want one advise for my early years in corporate. I am 23 yrs old and I am working in BofA for couple of years now and this is my first job. I have deep interest and skills to excel in core finance role (investment management) but the role at BofA is completely unrelated to it. To prove my metal, I have cleared CFA level 1&2 in my first attempt with top percentile (+MBA) but kind of stuck for right opportunity. Can anyone advise how should I approach to making a shift to my desired work (asset mgt)?
