If i start there is no ending in short people who love technology don't join you will die seeing the tech which they are using people who are starting their carrier better don't join you will get paid for opening your laptop no good tech no learning curve nothing worst as hell. people who are 35-40+ who don't want to switch anymore and want to retire join here and maker sure you get highlighted for good increment numbers Managers are super Dumb don't know T of technology and speak like founder of tesla and amazon exist here where technology die this is the place if you want to enjoy your life this place is for you. Management is damn worst and they literally torcher without listening the issues from employees ,for new entry mid level seniors it's very very tough to survive...lots of politics and tech stack wise is very old we work

I have improved my skill set and knowledge through working with bank.it help me to go forward with good knowledge and active participation in work liability.if I got a chance to work with bank again I am ready to work.
