In my 1 year of tenure , I found nothing negative, what a balanced Organization to work with , I joined in June and got incremented in February ( handsome one) ! Nice place to work , due to some reason I had to leave ( change my work field ) hopefully I will join back BACI ! I want to be a part of this organisation till my retirement

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
