Ho levels officer can't support middle range staff and not working properly in filed area

Dislikes

There is a lot of field level and staff level problem and the management doesn't Address middle staff issues । low salary and careers growth is very slow on the job Training is not given to New joinees

Work Details

The job is can't intersting। Struggled a all fifteen months there was no formal Training session।

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
