The company has healthy environment, good work life and nice career aspects. I loved the experience of the banking sector. It taught me various aspects of banking sector. Dislikes

As such nothing dislikes about the company but salary and incentives are very less. The work pressure as well as working hours are more. There is no cordination among the deparments. I suffered a lot for getting my experience letter from HO which was not expected from the banking sector. The top management should be well trained andeducated about their role. Moreover i would like to suggest that company should rpovide trainings to all new employees who will serve in your bank. they should be properly trained in banking sector. Work Details

As I was designated as Customer Relation Officer but was in cash counter. Machines should be of advanced technology as in ICICI bank or in AXIS bank. Cash counter is hectic and risky.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
