Such a ghatiya kind of company I have had even been experienced in my career. Given lot of improvement in department with full proof of before and after presentation but still management, MD did not understand the value of skill and efforts jus by convincing few peoples who actually never wants improvement in plant. NF is well educated but don't know how to run the plants just because of few people who always diverting him from target and goal Capacity of plat is to produce more than 3000 MT but because of few un professional people and localism MD is not able to produce more than 1600-1700 MT this the big failure of plant and still there are struggling to get good production. In marketing department one head is there who always wondering countries spending huge money of company achieving nothing in the intrest of company.just getting salary on time .All domestic market crash because of such people. Very bad politics in foundry production head,store shipping head, marketing and localism. They all are connected with vendor getting money and survive. No one is working in the interest of company. MD is highly educated but unaware of bad kartoot of all departments head that they are producing hurdles.

The job is interesting and different segment. I struggled a lot in the beging as an engineer and from technical background. I learnt many new things and got a chance for good exposure of international market.
