...ries spending huge money of company achieving nothing in the intrest of company.just getting salary on time .All domestic market crash because of such people. Foundry head, store and dispatch head, marketing head sll are wasting time and nothing doing in terms of value for the company

Very bad politics in foundry production head,store shipping head, marketing and localism. They all are connected with vendor getting money and survive. No one is working in the interest of company. MD is highly educated but unaware of bad kartoot of all departments head that they are producing hurdles.

i have a shift duty and there is a lack of systematic approach in working manner.

It's a great place to work. Here I can learn more about ERP side as I am having network/ Infrastructure side experience. My manager give me free hands to explore new possibilities. Teammates are supportive. Cross functional activities are there but you can get support as when required to fulfill assignment. Management is supportive, always encouraged to try something new or think out of the box solution.

Dislikes

Only Manager can get Health insurance. Management should think it to give all employees.
