Free transportation (but to limited locations) & flexible break timings. No shifts for ladies, only general shifts. 1st and 3rd Saturdays are fixed off for general shift candidates.

Dislikes

Mostly people tries to put others at risk by escaping from their responsibilities. Nobody gonna listen your reasons for failure. No proper training to freshers. Promotions and hikes happens at once in every two(2) years that too installments. No appreciation for hard workers and not even they recognise. The Worst HR Policies and department and not flexible to take leave without LOP. Salary won't be credited on time. Few department experts play politics whereas meanwhile staff undertakes pressure and will be blamed unnecessarily because of lack of awareness. Lack of unity among the departments....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
