My experience in Bal bhavan international school sector 12 dwarka is awsm in every aspect weather we talk about working environment, guidence, collegues, my authorities all are always found to be supportive and helpful. We work their as a team and try to achieve our goals to the best . Our principal sir shri Kunal Gupta ji I must say is the best. Very humble, polite, helpful, to the point he is the brilliant personality on the earth I must say. He is even found to be very very supportive in this pandemic covid situation. He helps his staff emotionally and financially as well. I just want to say that I feel myself very lucky that im a part of BBISDW....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
