There is a lot of politics and some of employees getting decent salary without any work.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training season. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Good to work environment and culture, Mr. Boss is very supportive always ready to help to with positive speach . But some of Negitive people always update him because of no work with them and all time doing this job only with big salary , but Mr. Boss know all about them and always avoiding these type of peoples.
