The company is open to innovation. In fact innovation is one of the morals promoted by the company. I love the fact that I was a part of such an amazing team that markets reliable, high quality products and has global operations as well as client base over most the countries in the world. Hence huge opportunities for the employees for the career development.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow. Needs to focus more on skill development of its employees.

Work Details

Generally reconciliation of the expenses made by the employees for the travel and hotels for work. Compiling them and submitting it to the approval of the card holder and then to the manager and then escalating it to the expenses team for payment.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
