Working in Baker Hughes at lower position is terrible.. no value of employees company things only about profit and get the work done from employee without bothering about employee mental condition

Higher management in USA doesn't think Indians as a employee.. those who worked hard day and night to praise stake holder and return they get a call to get informed that you will no longer be a part of Baker Hughes. If there is any decision of closing down the whole facility why those who are working there not be informed prior to month before so that they can decide weather they want inter company transfer or not.. Dear my Indian fellow if you are reading this, Please think thrice before joining Baker Hughes India.. Please avoid if possible....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
