Working in Baker Hughes at lower position is terrible.. no value of employees company things only about profit and get the work done from employee without bothering about employee mental condition

Higher management in USA doesn't think Indians as a employee.. those who worked hard day and night to praise stake holder and return they get a call to get informed that you will no longer be a part of Baker Hughes. If there is any decision of closing down the whole facility why those who are working there not be informed prior to month before so that they can decide weather they want inter company transfer or not..
