No any appreciation. Poor working environment. Promotions are not given on the basis of performance. Fully bias on giving promotion. Appointments are given verbally. No appointment letters are issued. No salary slip no salary structure. No pay role nothing. An employee cannot show any proof that he or she is an employee of Bajrang Steel as nothing is issued from company in this regard.
