The good reviews posted here are manipulated by HR and personally posted from staff's mobile. The worst company I have seen till yet in my life. Extremely toxic environment. Big corruption is going on by hiring staff from outsourcing consultancy by HR Aashish Singh. Extremely bad, unprofessional and useless HR and their policies. Owner Mr. Sunil Bajaj thinks that all staff are slave, and use bad and bad language upto MC, BC, Bhosa**ke and all daily to staff in front of all. Owner Mr.Sunil Bajaj is mentally disturbed and abnormal. Trio group HR Aashish Singh, Logistics Manager Bhushan Mandade and Sales Manager Shreyas Kale are most corruptive and doing corruption in BRLLP and play politics with other staff. Guy's previously all reviews on Glassdoor and Ambition Box was negative, to make it positive BRLLP call IT person from Bangalore by paying him to remove negative reviews. Worst company to work for. You can get fired any time any where. Totally depends in the mood of the Owner. No matter how hard you work.

Use of abusive language from the owner is a day to day thing. You’ll get humiliated in front of the whole staff on Zoom calls. People get fired everyday here. I would strongly recommend not to join this so called company.

Worse environment in working with Bajaj REINFORCEMENT. It is a Lala company run by only one person who is the dictator. He uses bad language everytime and treat his employee like daily wage workers. He shouts in front of everyone and also not give salary on time. Getting salary after 2 months. TA and DA are also not given to salespeople. Hire and fire company. All people are leaving.
