The good reviews posted here are manipulated by HR and personally posted from staff's mobile. The worst company I have seen till yet in my life. Extremely toxic environment. Big corruption is going on by hiring staff from outsourcing consultancy by HR Aashish Singh. Extremely bad, unprofessional and useless HR and their policies. Owner Mr. Sunil Bajaj thinks that all staff are slave, and use bad and bad language upto MC, BC, Bhosa**ke and all daily to staff in front of all. Owner Mr.Sunil Bajaj is mentally disturbed and abnormal. Trio group HR Aashish Singh, Logistics Manager Bhushan Mandade and Sales Manager Shreyas Kale are most corruptive and doing corruption in BRLLP and play politics with other staff. Guy's previously all reviews on Glassdoor and Ambition Box was negative, to make it positive BRLLP call IT person from Bangalore by paying him to remove negative reviews. Use of abusive language from the owner is a day to day thing. You’ll get humiliated in front of the whole staff on Zoom calls. People get fired everyday here. I would strongly recommend not to join this so called company.

I repect the working spirit of our MD, Shri Sunil Bajaj Ji and admire his energy levels at such an old age.

Although I have been associated with Bajaj Group for more than 30 years now and have worked with Sh. Sunil bajaj and his father as well. I feel sad to see the situation this company is in now. All we have left is to try to stop the employees from resigning. Average tenure of the employees working here is not more than 1 year. They join and are thrown out overnight by the MD. I feel sad to see the aggression and rude behavior of Shri Sunil Bajaj has put a lot of negative impact on the performance of our employees. Every Saturday they are abused and lynched by the MD in front of everyone over weekly zoom meeting. By such an act, morale of the employees gets shattered and due to that rate of resigning has always been veey high here. Moreover, I feel if a ln employee is working for any organization it's the duty of that org to pay the employee on time. This is the keast we can do to support them, but here, salaries are being paid after 50, 60 and even 80 days. But overall, the company is good to work in and you can learn a lot from our honorable MD Shri Sunil Bajaj Ji. He is an idol for the younger generation. Daily abusing and harsh words by the MD Me. Bajaj. They treat their employees like labourers. Decisions are taken by only one person and that’s Mr. Bajaj himself. Salaries are paid after 2 months and that too after deductions. They straight away say that you will only be paid the salary if your sales figures are good, otherwise salaries are held for even 3-4 months.
