Bajaj Finance Limited is a big finance company in India, I am very lucky that I got an opportunity to work as a sales executive in such a big finance company. Where I got to learn a lot and I got a chance to improve myself there and the senior employees there also support their juniors a lot and I am very happy that I worked as a fresher in such a big company.

Bajaj Finance Limited is a very big name in the finance sector in India, but I have worked here as a sales executive. It is very difficult for me to maintain work-life balance as much as I can.

1.My manager name supreme chakraborty (ASM), chandramani karmakar(RSM), ramakant gupta(ZSM) has no ethics to respect an employee. The mis treatment that they do proves that why people leave their jobs. They are so toxic that they won't let anyone work in the office. They treated me and said shit about my family with mental and physical abuse and harrasment. Such peoples are a disgrace to any company no matter which designation they belong to. They know how to make you feel under confident and low about urself. Such people should be thrown out of the company. I'm the 7 number SM who is leaving this job in one year. And it's not like I never confessed it to our HR but non of the steps were taken( Cheeneru Vamsi). I have all the proofs of their behaviour and how they have threatened me to quit my job. Hereby Its a request to the Bajaj team to not take people's like them who can actually make anyone's moral down and harras them in a top notch level. Thank you. Previously Bajaj Auto finance Ltd was good after merging in to finserv it got hectic, bosses are always after you, no rest on week days after merging new managers are toxic
