Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is worst. Company policies are not good for third party employees, appraisals are not fair and they give very low salary.

Discrimination against Maharashtrian people. Bengali, South Indian, North Indian lobbies and departments are structured according to that. Worst behaviour with Marathi people. People don’t have the right to eat their own food as they want. No non-veg allowed. Casteism runs company.
