Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the mangement is transporter.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. appraisal are fair and they give good, salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the mangement does not address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of २ years before which you cannot resign, the job training is not given to new joinees

BEST COMPANY IN THIS FIELD, BUT FEW OLD PERSONS MISGUIDING SENIORS, AND CREATING PROBLEMS TO WORK WITH THEM. SO THAT NO ONE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE REALLY DOING IN BACKYARD. THAT TO IN MADHYA PRADESH. MAXIMUM HAVE DONE OR DOING CONTRACT WORK, IN NAME OF OTHERS, THAT TOO IN DADAGIRI MODE.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
